The city boasts one of the nation’s top art museums, a theater district, the Rock n' Roll Hall of Fame, and nightlife all across in addition to its world-renowned Orchestra.
Located in University Circle, Severance is just a short commute away from each of Cleveland's many charismatic arts & cutural neighborhoods.
Hometown Pride
No city is more loyal to its teams, and Cleveland boasts three major sports organizations: the Browns, the Cavaliers, and the Guardians.
In 2016, the Cavaliers made history by bringing Cleveland its first world championship in 52 years. In celebration, a parade was held downtown. 1.3 million people showed up to fill the streets.
The Great Outdoors
Just a short distance out of the city limits, Cuyahoga Valley National Park seems worlds away where the winding Cuyahoga River gives way to deep forests, rolling hills, and open farmlands.
Lake Erie is the city's backyard, and offers watersports, fishing and miles of beaches. The Cleveland Metroparks is a network of 16 recreational areas with walking, biking and riding trails.
Exciting & Inclusive Food Scene
Cleveland's food scene has been widely featured on national publications and outlets, home to many James Beard award-winning chefs and restaurants.
Ohio's bountiful harvests, farmlands, and access to water make our seasonal markets an exceptional source of healthy, fresh, affordable organic food.
