Use of Information

All information gathered online for ticket purchases is entered into the box office ticketing system, which is the sole repository of data used by The Cleveland Orchestra to generate postal mailing lists that provide our patrons with information about our products and services and notices of upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive these mailings, please email your request to info@clevelandorchestra.com or call the Severance Ticket Office at 216-231-1111. Once or twice a year, we may exchange mailing lists with other Cleveland-area arts organizations so they may provide our patrons with local arts-related information. If you do not want us to share your mailing address with other Cleveland-area arts organizations, please let us know via the email address or phone number above.

This website may contain links to other websites not affiliated with The Cleveland Orchestra. Any external destination site is governed by the privacy policy of the owner/operator of the particular site, and The Cleveland Orchestra and/or the Musical Arts Association is not responsible for their policies or content.

Please see the Privacy Statement, which also governs these Terms of Use.

There are no refunds on purchased tickets, but you may be eligible to exchange your tickets if you cannot attend a performance (fees may apply for ticket exchanges). Or you can choose to donate the purchase price as a tax-deductible contribution.  Please note that exchanges or ticket donation must be made prior to the performance of the ticket you are holding.

All artists, prices, schedule, and programs are subject to change.

Unauthorized duplication of tickets is strictly prohibited.
